Elegant Living Magazine
Elegant Living, Frederick County at its finest, was born out of a partnership with The Herald-Mail in Hagerstown, making its debut in the spring of 2007 to thousands of area households and select businesses. Published quarterly, individual issues showcase interesting people, places, businesses and events in Frederick County. For recent arrivals to the area, the magazine is a way to become better acquainted with your new home.
